The final prosthetic of a dental implant can be fixed or removable. For a fixed construction, patient cannot remove the construction or teeth from their mouth, A removable construction, where patients can remove the prosthetic. Normally an abutment is attached to the implanted fixture. When the prosthetic is fixed, the crown, bridge or denture is fixed to the abutment either with screws or with dental cement. Where the prosthetic is removable, a corresponding adapter is placed in the prosthetic so that the two pieces can be secured together. Requirements from dentists when ordering implant works:
1, Please state us what implant system is used, what solution is preferred.
2, Please supply us necessary transferred implant impressions, opposite jaws, bite registrations.
3, We will inform about what implant abutment and screws needed, dentist could supply us, or we will order from supplier, charge will be taken by dentists. If we order implant parts, extra time would be needed.
4, implant work need more accuracy, care and work. After everything and spare parts are ready, We still need 7-10 working days to work with implant products.

| How to ship cases to us |
| 1. Please prepare the following items before sending the case or a digital case: |

| a. Write an ordersheet, fill it with as much detailed information as possible; such as dentist name, patient name, tooth number, service items needed, single crowns or bridge, color, etc. |
| b. Taking us working impression (model), opposite impression (model), study impression (model) if necessary |
| c. Taking us bite registration (if necessary) |
| d. Please include all implant parts, including lab parts. Let us know what implant type and what solution and design is required. |
| e. Please prepare an airway bill for shipping (you can choose whichever shipping courier such as DHL, UPS or Fedex). You may also need to prepare a commercial invoice for your local Customs and a non wooden declaration paper. You can contact our service person, we have those format you can use. |
