This custom made bite plane, or named bite guard, bruxist guard, is designed for patients who suffers from moderate to heavy teeth grinding at nights. The aim is to release jaw muscle pain and protect patient's teeth from over-grinding damage and to ease headache in some point.
Our bite plane product is only available in hard type.
1, Bite plane is made of acrylic, normally done by polymerization process, either hot cured or cold cured technique. We can do most colors in hard bite planes, such as red, pink, blue, purple, yellow, green, transparant, etc.
2, Maxillary bite planes are more common, although mandibular splints can also happen in various situations.
Our bite plane products could be used for 1-3 years depending on grinding situation for each patient.

Dental Lab Service Policies
1. We speak English and Chinese.
2. Dental Lab is closed on Sundays and Holidays.
3. Rush Work (work requested less time than scheduled) will be added an extra charge of 25% of the original price.
4. Payment: due to 30 days from the invoiced date. An estra charge of 5% per month is carried on if payment not done over 30 days.
How to ship cases to us |
| 1. Please prepare the following items before sending a case or a digital case to us: |

a. Write an ordersheet to us, fill in as much information as possible; such as dentist name, patient name, tooth number, service items needed, return date, single crowns or bridge, color, designs, etc. |
| b. Prepare working impression (model) and opposite impression (model), study impression (model) if necessary |
| c. Take bite registration (if necessary) |
| d. Please include all implant parts if there is implant, including lab parts, also. |
e. Prepare airway bill for shipping (you can choose whichever shipping courier such as DHL, UPS or Fedex). You may also need to prepare two copies of commercial invoices for Customs and one copy of non wooden declaration paper. If needed, please contact our service person, we have those format you can use. |
