All our mouth guards are custom made for each patient by dental impressions. A mouth guard, or named night guard, bruxist guard, is designed for patients who suffer from moderate to heavy teeth grinding. The aim of our guard is to treat TMD, release jaw muscle pain and protect the teeth from over-grinding damage and ease headache in some point.
There are three types of our mouth guards: Hard, Hard-Soft and soft guards.
1, Our soft mouth guard is made of a thermoplastic material manufactured in a pre-formed sheet, by heating and molding on a totally soft sheet, they are fitting great to each individual patient. For the moment, we can do only one color for soft guard: transparant.
2, It is totally soft, very easy to take off and put on, also very comfortable to wear.
3, Due to it is flexiable, retention could be a little less compared to hard and hard-soft mouth guard. We would compensate by covering more teeth material.
Our mouthguard could be used for 1-3 years depending on grinding situation for each patient.

| How to ship cases to us |
| 1. Dentists please prepare the following before sending cases or digital cases to us: |

| a. Write an ordersheet, fill it with as much information as possible; such as patient name, patient age, return date, tooth number, tooth shade, service items needed, single crowns or bridge, designs, etc. |
| b. We need Working impression (model), opposite impression (model), silicone impression preferred. |
| c. Bite registration (if necessary) |
| d. Please include all implant parts if the case is an implant, including lab parts |
| e. Prepare airway bill for shipping (you can choose whichever shipping courier such as DHL, UPS or Fedex), You may also need to prepare two commercial invoices and a non wooden declaration paper. Please contact our service person, we have those format you can use. |
